Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $33.31 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $35.01  per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary. 
• Average Shift Premium for D2 Shift is $0.96 per hour

Requirements

• 1-year maintenance experience preferably in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education.

• Working knowledge of electrical, electronic controls, pneumatics, mechanical, and tooling.
• Advanced mechanical /electrical skills (PLC troubleshooting and Robotics skills) are a bonus

• Self-motivated team player with the ability and willingness to make decisions, effectively communicate, problem solve and teach others.

• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to frequently walk, kneel, squat, climb, bend, stoop, and twist.

• Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.

• Completion of Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate Preferred.
