KDP student internships and co-ops provide meaningful projects and opportunities to grow, laying the foundation for a rewarding career. We attend campus events and diversity conferences in the fall and spring each year to promote our early career internships and co-ops. Explore our company careers page, watch our campus video student testimonials, and review our diverse early career job postings to find what aligns with your curiosity, skills and experiences. 
 
We have campus programs across our locations in the US and Canada. Our US programs include a Winter Co-op (January-May), Summer Internship (June - August), and Summer Co-op (July-December). Canada offers both summer and winter internships with recruitment focused in the fall. 

How We Hire. Applicants apply to open roles through our careers page. Recruiters review applicant resumes and select qualified candidates to move to the HireVue video interview stage. Candidates record their responses to five KDP values-based questions reviewed by hiring managers who select candidates for next round interviews with their team.   

In my internship, I worked on challenging projects relevant to my own interests. I had excellent mentors who were invested in my success, and plenty of autonomy – a combination that helped me make an impact and develop both professionally and personally.
