The vending coordinator manages immediate consumption work order types and asset information. Manages equipment stock transport orders and provide detail ordering.
Shift and Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday- Friday
- 6:30 AM - Finished
Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity as it relates to installation and removal of equipment.
- Manage equipment stock transfer orders and provide detail ordering.
- Perform monthly reporting of Cold Drink activity to KDP Management.
- Maintain SAP Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM)
- Communicate with customer and/or sales to schedule service call activity and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with branch employees regarding EMO transactions and contractual issues
- Manage multiple projects on across multiple platforms of data management systems.
- Research EMO process and identify “mistakes’—Provide correction to all incorrect paperwork
- Manage workflow to meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Complete monthly inventory per KDP compliances.
- Maintain all paperwork to KDP compliances.
- Check in and out daily delivery routes
Total Rewards
- Pay starting at $21.22 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $22.38 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred
- 1 year working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- 1 year experience with an automated warehouse management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Manugistics
