Vending Coordinator - Houston, Texas (Holly Hall)

The vending coordinator manages immediate consumption work order types and asset information. Manages equipment stock transport orders and provide detail ordering.

Shift and Schedule:

Full-time
Monday- Friday
6:30 AM - Finished

Responsibilities:

Ensure data integrity as it relates to installation and removal of equipment.
Manage equipment stock transfer orders and provide detail ordering.
Perform monthly reporting of Cold Drink activity to KDP Management.
Maintain SAP Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM)
Communicate with customer and/or sales to schedule service call activity and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate with branch employees regarding EMO transactions and contractual issues
Manage multiple projects on across multiple platforms of data management systems.
Research EMO process and identify “mistakes’—Provide correction to all incorrect paperwork
Manage workflow to meet strict reporting deadlines.
Complete monthly inventory per KDP compliances.
Maintain all paperwork to KDP compliances.
Check in and out daily delivery routes

Total Rewards

Pay starting at $21.22 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $22.38 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred
1 year working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
1 year experience with an automated warehouse management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Manugistics
