Job Description



The Tax Accounting Manager will support tax reporting including internal controls and drive further automation of the quarterly and annual tax reporting processes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and lead the detailed review of the U.S. GAAP and IFRS quarterly and year-end income tax provisions
  • Properly account for and disclose stock compensation
  • Prepare and lead the detailed review of quarterly and annual financial statement tax disclosures
  • Ensure SOX controls are properly documented and coordinate internal and external testing
  • Reconcile tax expense to cash payments
  • Improve the efficiency and quality of the tax provision process
  • Assist with federal and state compliance, audits, and special projects
  • Manage and develop reporting team members


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of corporate income tax experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of large corporate ASC 740 experience
  • Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision software
  • Proficiency in latest Microsoft technology and Alteryx
  • International Tax provision background is preferred
