Job Overview


The Senior Specialist, Partners, reporting to the Senior Manager, Partners plays a key role in supporting the partner relationship, annual plans and product portfolio, and ensuring alignment with internal functions.  


  • Assist in the management of partner relationships and act as the primary contact for cross-functional teams, partner satisfaction, and key delivery and profitability metrics (# of items, volume, revenue, margin, delivery, forecasts, fulfillment rates
  • Support the activation of co-branded initiatives leveraging the strength of the brand portfolio at KDP
  • Support the quality team leads and serve as the main contact point to funnel reporting and information back to the partner
  • Lead new partner product introductions, including NPI/stage gate management, coordination and management of artwork, packaging, production, and product portfolio.  
  • Collaborate with US R&D teams to develop and adapt products for the Canadian market.
  • Participate in partnership discussions and negotiations
  • Establish partner’s strategy in order to achieve our business objectives.
  • Track projects against set objectives, analyze and evaluate success of the projects, and pursue path to optimization.
  • Analyze sales reports and market data (Nielson) to provide recommendations on the product portfolio



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. PMP certification will be considered an asset.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Sales, including 3 years of experience in client management.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and presentation skills.
  • Ability and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
  • Highly developed analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills.


  • Bilingualism (French/English) an asset;
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), including MS Project. Nielsen Workstation Plus.
  • Capacity to travel in Canada and US (10-20% of the time)
  • Capacity to work in collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment.
