As the Sales Analyst and support for National Retail Sales (NRS) Dollar/Value Channel Accounts, you will work with the VP/GM, Director, National Account Executives (NAEs) & Sales Coordinator in NRS Dollar/Value to support our Team strategic vision of driving Mutually Profitable Growth and delivering on our annual plan targets on Volume, Revenue, and Margin growth as an indispensable supplier partner to our Dollar/Value retailers.

Primary job functions include supporting the NRS Dollar General Team with analysis and internal/external sales reporting, identifying business gap opportunities, new item maintenance/set up, internal/external communication to key stakeholders, management of team shared drive and a variety of other functions supporting NRS Dollar/Value and specific retailers. You will support the business plan by working closely with our cross functional teams (Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Category Management, & Sales Ops) to deliver superior analysis, recommendations, and process enhancement as we strive to build a High Performance Team.

To be successful in this role you should have consumer product/retail experience and be familiar with the Direct Store Delivery process and Warehouse Delivery. You should have advanced skills in Microsoft office products including PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables), and be experienced working with Margin Minder, Siebel, customer POS data, & Alteryx.

Location and Travel:

This role will be based in Nashville, TN with attendance required at some customer HQ calls with minimal travel.


  • Create, maintain and communicate all daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting for the sales team; Margin Minder/Retailer POS Data tracking for Distribution & Availability (D&A)
  • Administer and communicate promotional event tracking, long term opportunities and new item status recaps, utilizing POS Data and Margin Minder reporting
  • Work closely with internal team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade announcements and MyDay submissions (internal KDP system)
  • Develop Business Review documents to serve both our Sales and Sale Execution Teams.
  • MyDay Execution Metrics - Analysis and reporting to National Account Executives and operations concerning new and missed opportunities (utilizing Rev Tool tracking)        
  • Create external and internal PowerPoint presentations
  • Oversee and Manage Team Shared Drive, Reporting & Score carding
  • Create a score carding method and analysis for key customers. This will be critical to driving the overall success of our agreed strategies
  • Coordinate and lead pricing initiatives for key retailers using automated processes to speed data to the retailers while monitoring bottlers/distributors to ensure pricing accuracy
  • Perform revenue per case (RPC) Analysis and assessment of programs for success or opportunity (Cost / Benefit analysis)
  • POP 4.0 Planning – (Internal Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) system) Assist NAE’s in identifying trends and plan gaps in forecasting. Help ensure the most current and actual information is in the system
  • Develop key retailer wiring grids to promote more efficient bottler to retailer operations communications and early resolution of service & execution opportunities
  • Develop route to market P&L analysis files to help Sales Team understand economics of specific programming



  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, graphs, etc..)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with retailer portal or internal retailer process interaction preferred
  • Prefer experience in “Fortune 500” company, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries

Experience successfully developing sales plans and executing via an effective sales strategy

Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results

Well organized, analysis driven with pragmatic approach

Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence
