Job Description

The Senior Logistics Analyst is responsible for assisting the Logistics Planning Manager in completing reroutes of the branches and for providing key inputs for reroutes, including Frequency Management and demonstrated capacity models utilizing current reporting tools. They will also support the Logistics Planning Manager in conducting re-routes and may perform them individually in smaller branches.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create and analyze Frequency Management worksheet using Excel, Business Warehouse Reporting, Roadnet, and SharePoint.
  • Create and align on the Demonstrated Capacity model with business partners in Fleet, Sales, and Distribution.
  • Use Territory Planner to create Sales and Delivery plans.
  • Assist with merchandising route inputs and templates.
  • Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management.
  • Assist as needed with keeping master data up to date.
  • Assist Routing & Dispatch teams to balance routes with new customers and territories.
  • Develop the Sales and Delivery plans for company holidays.
  • Conduct review of Sales and Delivery plans with branch management.
  • Maintain company safety standards.

  • Self-starter with excellent time-management and decision-making skills, this role operates with little management oversight.



  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) with 3 years of routing/logistics experience OR Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 1 year of routing/logistics experience
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel (proficient with pivot tables, lookups)
  • 1 year of experience with SAP or a similar system
  • 2 years of experience with Roadnet Transportation Suite or similar routing software
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
