Procurement Analyst 

Accountable for supporting procurement process through data collection, rationalization, analytical support and ongoing maintenance. Develop and maintain reporting/analysis tools such as databases, spreadsheets and web-enabled content. 

To support the Sr. Procurement Manager of Plastic Category in the execution of direct buys, develop sourcing strategies, value optimization and supplier relationship programs for Keurig Dr Pepper. The goal of the job is to develop and optimize value in the supplier/business unit relationship.

Procurement Analyst

  • Category lead for plastic closures category.
  • Align procurement reporting tools and templates across the packaging category.
  • Automate solutions to minimize manual load and maximize access/availability.
  • Compile, analyze, and verify purchasing, invoicing, and supply chain data.
  • Develop bespoke reports to meet business needs.
  • Use ratios, KPIs, trend analysis to make improvement recommendations.
  • Present findings to procurement leadership team, escalating key issues, and recommending appropriate actions.

Be able to interact with all levels of the organization, ranging from senior executives through middle management.

  • Be a strong team player with other critical cross functional groups
  • A collaborative management style with the ability to build partnerships both internally and externally
  • Have passion to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead small cross functional teams to drive for shared goals



Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Business Administration, supply chain, or data analytics area of study.
  • Demonstrated experience creating reports and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP in particular.
  • MS excel skills.
  • Prefer 1 year minimum experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Can perform in fast paced environment with ever changing priorities.
  • Commercially and financially astute.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Collaborative style with the ability to build partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Passion to drive for continuous improvement.
