Job Description



What you will do: 

  • Support product demonstrations and customer training events
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on executional projects
  • Provide support for Manager on the Accessories business, helping with ad hoc projects and marketplace analysis
  • Work with product and brand teams to support new color development
  • Assist with Go To Market planning for new item launches
  • Collaborate with PR and marketing to support with rating and review influencer programs for new item launches
  • Help to develop slides and presentations on the appliance product line
  • Support the Appliance product roadmap, portfolio strategy and innovation plan
  • Help to craft external trade communications
  • Provide presentation development support for customer meetings, sales meetings, trade decks and other ad hoc events
  • Support and attend key events like the Housewares Show and the National Sales Meeting
  • Work with Business Communications to coordinate and track sales samples
  • Work cross functionally with sales, product management, marketing, finance, digital and legal teams to coordinate program needs
  • Ensure flawless execution across departments and in all deliverables
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests  
  • Provide some administrative support for the appliance commercialization team to organize meetings, set up and break down meetings, and fulfill product shipment requests Create and expedite internal orders as needed
  • Gather information and complete new item set-up process for new products and brewer pack-ups


Requirements

What you must have: 

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 3 plus years of experience in a marketing capacity
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve 
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and remain focused under pressure; ability to manage multiple projects / requests 
  • High adaptability; Ability to be energized by rapid change and ambiguity 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with all levels of the organization and externally with partners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally
  • Good judgment, understanding when to involve others in the decision-making process
  • Reliability, punctuality, proactive bend and detail orientation
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
