Job Description

The Maintenance Technician II at Keurig Dr Pepper will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment, to maximize production and maintain Keurig Dr Pepper’s high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in improving maintenance procedures and manufacturing processes for the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture. 

Shift and Schedule:

The Maintenance Technician II is located in our Williston, VT location and operates on the D1 shift from 6:00am-6:15pm Monday-Wednesday and alternating Thursdays. Flexibility to work overtime and holidays as scheduled is required.  

What you will do: 

-Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on K cup manufacturing equipment.
-Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors,
-Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring technical expertise 
-Review documentation for maintenance activity using the maintenance database, and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system.
-Repair and maintain items necessary to maintain equipment in optimum operating condition 
-Assist in day-to-day support of operators for adjustments, setups, and change overs
-Assist other maintenance technicians as required
-Will assist in the training and coaching others on best practices. 
-Performs other duties as assigned
-Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures
-Maintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areas
-Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.


What you must have: 

-2 years of maintenance experience
-Demonstrated working experience reading and understanding repair instructions, prints, flowchart, and schematics. 
-1 year Experience using e-mail, job databases, spreadsheets, and CMMS. – Microsoft Office
-Demonstrated working experience with mechanical /electrical skills (PLC troubleshooting and Robotics skills preferred).
-TPM experience preferred.
-Ability to lift, push, pull, up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
-Ability to stand during entire shift minimum of 12 hours
