Job Description



The Division Sales Manager is responsible for the overall development of volume and team capabilities within the assigned geographic area specifically with Pacific Northwest aligned Keurig Dr Pepper bottlers. The role aggressively leads a defined sales team in the pursuit of volume growth and business development across channels and segments material to KDP. The ISO Pacific Northwest Division Manager will drive the business strategy and disciplines required to manage an effective coverage program supporting the KDP / ISO bottler partnership while operating within assigned budgets and compliance disciplines.

Division Manager ISO Pacific Northwest is responsible for territory defined by ISO Independent bottler ownerships.  States included in this territory are Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, California, and Alaska.  Anchor bottler for this position is in Seattle, WA.  Role is based in Seattle, WA.

Division Manager will lead a Sales Manager team that maintains accountability to annual volume, net sales, and budget plans for the aligned KDP Bottlers estimated at 13.7M cases

Division Manager will oversee operating expenses, several field budgets, and overall bottler and retailer customer development.

Division Manager will be responsible for supporting KDP National Brand Strategy by promoting core brand.  This includes selling in new products to bottlers through effective plan development, support programs, and managing sales plans in conjunction with KDP annual plans.

Division Manager will negotiate business plans with the Bottler Leadership and instill the concept of Joint Business Planning targeting channel, segment, and retailer development.

You will contribute in this role by leading the Pacific Northwest team in meeting or exceeding volume and profit objectives by managing our customer and bottler relationship.  Your goal will be to increase volume through an efficient and effective geographic coverage plan while remaining within an assigned budget.

An important element of the position is developing and training a diverse sales team that covers a wide geographic area and a varied bottler group. Maintaining and increasing an efficient and effective coverage plan within an assigned budget is important to success. Over time it is expected that the Division Manager will help lead per capita development of KDP brands.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred and 4 years of CPG sales experience OR a high school diploma (or GED) and 8 years of CPG sales experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • 3 years of experience developing sales plans that resulted in increased volume and profit.
