Job Description

We’re building a full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core, Canada Dry, and Schweppes.

Our mission? To help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.

We are seeking a proven Digital Asset Management Specialist to maintain and promote KDP’s digital asset management solution for Marketing and Sales partners . The position reports into the Sr Manager of Creative Operations.


  • Screen and approve all assets uploaded into the DAM, including maintaining metadata and organization of assets
  • Serve as point of contact for Marketing and Sales partners to ensure assets are properly maintained, answer user questions, and train users to locate assets
  • Provide guidance regarding optimal file formats for various requests and usage types
  • Interface with IT/Development team to solve for errors and system maintenance
  • Continually evaluate and drive for optimization of the DAM and the overall asset management processes



  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant DAM Management experience
  • Understanding and working knowledge of DAM platform technology and asset types
  • Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit
  • An infatuation with beverages, a love of brands, and a lifelong affair with all things creative
  • CPG and brand-side experience a plus
