The Regional Sales Manager will optimize relationships with our Bottler/Distributor customers to achieve sales and profit targets within key accounts and business channels across multiple markets in New England (CT, NH, MA, ME, VT). This role is also responsible for developing programming and marketing strategies within the region.

The ideal candidate can be based in:

  • MA (Wilmington or Burlington)
  • CT (Central or Western)

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with Production Plant/Distributor Directors and ordering leads to support product supply and concentrate/finished goods.
  • Program Implementation: Develop and execute programs and market initiatives to enhance share, presence, and relevance for KDP Brands in the region.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a team to achieve corporate KPIs for our brands.
  • Sales Coaching: Coach PBNA  (Pepsi Bottling North America) sales teams on selling techniques and territory management.
  • Sales Planning: Communicate sales plans and targets and track the execution of team objectives.
  • Territory Management: Oversee the team’s territory coverage plan.
  • Meeting Participation: Lead or participate in Bottler and Distributor team sales meetings (single or multiple facilities).
  • Key Contact: Serve as a primary contact between Bottler Retail Teams and field sales operations to align execution priorities.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to the sales director on team results, employee relations, and competitive activity in the market.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the management of regional budgets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years CPG sales experience.  Beverage experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with IRI/Circana, Nielsen or other syndicated data
  • Highly proficient in using MS Office products: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
