- Responsible for producing finished product for production area.
- Locates, validates amd weighs ingredients.
- Quality control checks to ensure product meets requirements for production lines.
- Responsible for the complete operation of all batch equipment.
- Will perform preventative maintenance and operational troubleshooting of batch equipment.
- Responsible for sampling, loading/unloading or raw material bulk tankers.
- Unloads and checks in raw ingredients as necessary.
- Assists in all juice preparation operations.
- Will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all equipment as required.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- 2 to 3 years food production operation and/or compounding experience preferred
- Ability to work any shift and/or overtime as required
- Experience operating a forklift truck is desired.
- Math skills and simple calculation knowledge is needed.
