Sales Execution Manager
The Sales Execution Manager reports to the Area Director and is responsible for managing a group of District Managers and Account Managers within a specific site or area to achieve maximum sales volume and margin consistent with sales projections and goals. The position also helps deliver KDP (Keurig Dr Pepper) total and customer-specific volume, gross sales, net sales, mix, margin and profit objectives for company-owned DSD (Direct Store Delivery) portfolio through operator sales calls and in store execution.

Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the facility sales team
- Accountable for achieving maximum sales volume and margin consistent with sales projections and goals.
- Develop and sell programming and events; assuring execution of all initiatives at the regional levels of key accounts.
- Communicate frequently as part of larger collaborative National Account teams to ensure complete understanding of current programs and implications at retail –communicate this information throughout DSD sales organization.
- Develop, sell, and drive merchandising events within retailer markets / regions.
- Implement regional pricing and promotional plans for key accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver customer-specific solutions.
- Understand and ensure SOX and EHS compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures of the Company and standards established by Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $86,000 - $107,000 / year.
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- 5 years Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience
- 3 years of people and process management experience
- 2 years of sales systems experience (SAP, Margin Minder, Nielsen, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
