Shift & Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed


The Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations by ensuring timely and cost-effective replenishment of maintenance parts and supplies. This role manages inventory, oversees procurement processes, and ensures accuracy and organization of the parts room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report department metrics through visual management boards.

  • Manage the full ordering cycle for stock and non-stock (consumable) parts using SAP and other systems.

  • Review and process requisitions, obtain vendor quotes, generate purchase orders, and track shipments.

  • Receive incoming materials, verify documentation, perform visual inspections, and update inventory in SAP.

  • Resolve issues related to shipments, invoices, and documentation, collaborating with A/P and vendors as needed.

  • Partner with Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors to support project-specific non-stock items.

  • Maintain accurate parts inventory in SAP; conduct physical inventory counts as required.

  • Track and report purchase order costs; ensure compliance with GL coding and budget tracking in coordination with Finance.

  • Follow established procedures to add new parts to SAP in collaboration with vendors and the Master Data team.

  • Coordinate with preferred vendors to ensure proper stock levels; manage vending machine supplies in partnership with Grainger and others.

  • Stage and organize parts for open work orders and maintenance projects.

  • Support general maintenance operations with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing inventory or in a maintenance support role

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs repeatedly

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Experience with SAP or other CMMS systems highly preferred
