Fall 2026 Co-op – Manufacturing Automation
As a Fall 2026 Co-op – Manufacturing Automation at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Spartanburg, SC, you will be a part of the beverage revolution. You will be working in a fast-paced, highly technical manufacturing environment that produces some of KDP’s most popular beverages. Each co-op will lead high-impact projects and will be provided with opportunities to grow professionally. Shift/Schedule:
- The KDP 2026 Fall Co-op Program will run from July 13 – December 11, 2026
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- In-person in the Spartanburg, SC plant
As a Manufacturing Automation Co-op you will:
- Acquire expertise in executing operational plans and projects, including Daily Management Systems (DMS) for routine logistics operations, new equipment startups, and innovative product qualifications.
- Assist in the successful implementation of logistics automation, including Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), palletizing robots, and inbound conveyors.
- Support daily logistics operations to ensure safety, timely delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate logistics performance and results to all levels, including senior management.
- Undertake and complete basic logistics project development tasks, such as writing and verifying specifications, maintaining logistics process documentation, testing logistics processes, equipment, raw materials, and products, and validating logistics equipment and processes.
- Contribute to problem-solving, cost reduction, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics domain.
- Analyze logistics downtime data and maintain action plans using lean methodology.
- Collect and calculate savings data from logistics improvement projects.
- Recommend methods for improving logistics efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities.
- Balance work priorities to meet the day-to-day requirements of the logistics business teams.

- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
Total Rewards:
- $31.00/ hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements:
- Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Supply Chain, or another Manufacturing-related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus
