- Week 1: Sunday Wednesday Thursday
- Week 2: Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday
- Respond to inquiries from Order Management dealing with demand for the IBU.
- Respond to notifications for order modification.
- Enter unit transfers will be used to replenish the 3PL and other business unit requirements.
- Systematically forward production output to the appropriate IBU.
- Reconcile all orders that have been released to ship at each IBU in system.
- Reconcile all MSR's that are open for shipment to other IBU's.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives being done around best practices.
- Support teams with collaborative plans to improve the flow of materials.
- Participate in testing process for system updates and upgrades.
- Participate in daily huddles, communicate trends and training issues and improvements.
- Daily interaction with employees/Supervisors .
- Some weekend/off-shift work may be required; End of Period and End of Quarter.
- Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with authority to initiate action.
- Performs other duties as requested by management.

Total Rewards
- Pay starting at $24.84 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $26.20 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Working knowledge of product line- Units of measure.
- Working knowledge of all plant operations, work regions and the processes that support them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate People Soft for most inventory transactions.
- Strong math and computer skills (Microsoft suite).
- Strong presentation skills - present in front of 50-100 people.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience with graphs, charts, manipulate data.
- Previous work with continuous process improvement and Lean tools preferred (value stream analysis, 5S).
Soft Skills:
- Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions.
- Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and good trouble shooting/follow up skills.
- Positive attitude/self-motivated.
- Strong time management skills, ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, and the ability to work independently.
- Prior Inventory Control experience is preferred.
Physical Requirement:
- Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift
- Ability to push/pull up to 1.500 pounds using supplied equipment
