Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an engaged, results-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support the Northwest & Southwest Region Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Finance team. This role requires a strong financial leader who will partner closely with DSD Operations Leadership to provide decision support, drive cost and process improvements, and help advance KDP’s vision: “A beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.”
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role within the finance organization, delivering advanced financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to support key business decisions. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, proficiency with financial tools and systems, and a deep understanding of core finance principles.
As a member of the DSD Finance team, you will collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional partners across the organization to analyze, interpret, and communicate the key drivers of regional financial performance. The ideal candidate can be located in one of the following: Sacrament CA, Denver, CO or Tempe, AZ. This is onsite position with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days remote on a weekly basis, subject to business need)
What you will do:
- Develop and enhance financial scorecards, dashboards, and standardized metrics to improve visibility and performance management
- Analyze top-line growth and high-impact operating expenses to support profit improvement initiatives
- Support Executive and Finance Leadership through timely reporting, advanced analysis, and clear financial insights
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and cost management to meet or exceed AOP
- Collaborate with the Region Finance team on General Ledger month-end close and financial reporting to ensure the monthly P&L is fairly stated
- Provide financial guidance on actual results, forecasts, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to support informed decision-making
- Partner with sales, operations, finance, and accounting teams to analyze, align, and communicate key business drivers
- Analyze spend patterns versus historical trends, forecasts, and benchmarks to identify risks and opportunities
Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:
- Perform budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support monthly financial close process, reviewing financial results and recommending necessary adjustments
- Assist with weekly/monthly projections as needed and present in real time actionable format
- Provide financial analysis and support for DSD Finance; develop and publish mission critical performance reports, and track financial performance against metrics and goals
Total Rewards:
- Salary range: $76,400 - $110,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of similar work experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (i.e. formulas, financial modeling, etc.) and PowerBI, including building dashboards and reports
- Financial acumen with problem solving and analytical skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to partner with business leaders
