Manager, Category Development and Insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• A minimum of 3 years of business experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with a focus on sales, category management, market research, business analytics and/or shopper insights
• Prior experience with Walmart / Sam’s Club buying teams highly valued
• Syndicated data knowledge with Circana and/or Nielsen necessary, space planning (ex. JDA) experience a plus, Panel data experience (ex. Numerator) highly valued
• Experience with Walmart Luminate is highly valued
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, presentation and follow-through
• Demonstrated ability to build sustainable, collaborative partnerships with the customer and internal business partners
• Capability to develop and influence strategies and tactics at both retailer and manufacturer
• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
