Director, Sales Operations and Transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in positions of increasing responsibility
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Commitment to the company's values and competencies, including a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, and operational excellence
• Data Analytics & Strategic Insights- Leverage relevant external insights (industry, competitors, category, brand, channel, consumer, and account) to develop a strategic agenda that drives focus, results, & share growth behind the KDP portfolio strategy
• Project Management – executing a project from start to finish ability to communicate long-term vision and shorter-term opportunities through clear & simple messages
• Judgment - Ability to proactively identify business opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to address business needs. Strong analytical rigor that drives results-orientation
• Influence – ability to leverage internal and external relationships to drive strategic agenda, alignment, and capabilities development for the team
• Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, possess strong excel/ data management skills and impactful general correspondence
• Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results
• Ability to travel when necessary – approximately 30%

Successful candidates will also demonstrate these additional qualifications:

• Strongly prefer Walmart and/or Sam’s experience, or experience in another “Fortune 500” company within the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries
• Experience working in a Direct Store Delivery environment
• General Manager / Next Level Mindset – sees the bigger picture – driven to produce results beyond the role
• Well organized, disciplined planner, and implementer
