Shift & Schedule: Full-Time: Monday– Friday,6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Must be available for occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.

What You Will Do

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for accurately recording and tracking inventories of materials, supplies, and finished goods across multiple facilities. This role ensures compliance with established inventory procedures and supports both production and warehouse operations as needed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departments including Quality, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Transportation, Planning, Operations, and Leadership.

  • Generate and analyze logistics and SAP-based reports.

  • Support process improvement by providing supply chain data and recommending efficiency enhancements.

  • Administer cycle counts, research discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Manage inventory activities such as adjustments, disposals, expirations, quality holds, and dashboard reporting.

  • Oversee staging bins (e.g., 901, 902, 916) and maintain accurate bin management for cases, layers, and pallets.

  • Create, submit, and manage purchase orders as required.

  • Troubleshoot SAP system issues, GSN requests, and coordinate with IT for on-site technical support (e.g., printers, desktops, laptops).

  • Support customer setup, including “ship-to” and label printer configurations, and maintain MDM data.

  • Provide backup support for Shipping/Receiving and Logistics Specialist roles as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP WMS systems, troubleshooting, reporting, and inventory management.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams and present findings effectively.

  • Proven ability to manage and analyze inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and layouts to optimize operations.
