Associé(e) Technique - Montréal, QC
DESCRIPTION
Responsable du nettoyage, de l'installation, de la réparation et de l'entretien continu des équipements SCVH tout en garantissant le plus haut niveau de satisfaction client et de qualité des boissons.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Nettoyer toutes les pièces et les composantes de l'équipement de café;
- Inspecter toutes les pièces des équipements;
- Dépanner et réparer les équipements de café;
- Préparer les machines pour l'installation dans les locaux des clients.
Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive. Toute autre tâche connexe pouvant être assignée par le supérieur hiérarchique.
QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONNELLES
- Diplôme d’études secondaires;
- 1 an d’expérience dans un rôle semblable;
- Fortes aptitudes pour la mécanique – expérience antérieure en électronique/plomberie/électricité.
COMPETENCIES
- Bilinguisme dans les provinces concernées;
- Compétences informatiques de base;
- Capacité à accomplir des tâches exigeantes sur le plan physique, incluant le soulèvement de charges lourdes (jusqu’à 50 lb).

Technical Associate - Montreal, QC
DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the cleaning, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean all parts and components of coffee equipment;
- Inspect all parts of equipment;
- Troubleshoot and repair coffee equipment;
- Prepare machines for installation at customers’ locations.
This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma;
- 1 year in similar technical role;
- Strong mechanical aptitude – previous plumbing/electrical experience.
COMPETENCIES
- Bilingualism in concerned provinces;
- Basic computer skills;
- Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
