National Account Manager

The National Account Manager (Coffee Services) is responsible for maintaining and managing client relationships within a set portfolio of key customer accounts. The National Account Manager (Coffee Services) is also responsible for managing program execution and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is provided and maintained with their client group. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing enterprise level clients

The National Account Manager identifies growth opportunities within their account portfolio and monitors the return on Keurig’s investment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand relationships Key Contacts within assigned accounts.
  • Build individual customer sales strategies and growth plans that align with organizational priorities/BIG BETS.
  • Provide timely communication and work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, supply chain and commercial) to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Coordinate resources and attend trade shows or networking events within assigned account (including travel where required)
  • Build forecasts for assigned accounts
  • Regularly generate and analyze pricing and sales report to ensure portfolio KPI meet or exceed Annual Operating Plan targets.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face business reviews with key client account stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of contract responsibilities (Resigning, Pricing Changes, Trade Budgeting, New Product Distribution, Contract Compliance, Billing, etc.)
  • Attend and report to Senior and regional Sales Leadership teams on portfolio performance and plans via quarterly business reviews.

Total Rewards:

CAD $78,300.00 -$106,700.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Commerce or relevant field of study
  • 3-5 years of experience managing National/Enterprise accounts
  • Experience within Service and/or CPG industry (preferred)
  • Bilingual (preferred but not required)

Competencies:

  • Ability to travel within assigned region (25%)
  • Proven ability to resolve conflict and navigate complexity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and grow relationships
  • Strong analytical ability and sound financial understanding
  • Well Developed business acumen
  • Strong communication skill set and comfort speaking with senior executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
