Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Brand Manager to join the Dr Pepper, Crush, and Schweppes brand team in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, influencing the innovation pipeline, and driving brand growth in the Canadian market through best-in-classexecution.
What you will do:
At KDP, our Associate Brand Managers are commercially minded brand builders with challenger mindsets. They put the consumer at the centre of every decision, use data to uncover growth opportunities, and help bring brand plans to life with strong execution across the full marketing mix. This role includes:
- Brand Strategy Development:Support the development and execution of brand strategies for Dr Pepper, Crush, and Schweppes, translating consumer, category, competitive, and business insights into clear plans that drive brand growth, market share, and long-term equity.
- In-Year Marketing Planning and Execution: Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans across creative, social, influencer, media, PR, retail programming, and shopper support tools. Partner with internal teams and agency partners to develop, adapt, and deliver strong brand communications and consumer-facing programs, while tracking performance and return on investment.
- Data Analytics and Consumer Insights: Analyze business performance, consumer research, category data, financials, customer POS, and competitive activity on an ongoing basis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Bring a consumer-obsessed mindset to decision-making and use insights to inform brand strategy, marketing plans, and executional priorities.
- Budget Management: Support budget tracking, forecasting, and day-to-day management of brand investments, ensuring marketing dollars are allocated effectively, timelines are met, and programs deliver against business objectives and financial commitments.
- Cross-Functional and Partner Collaboration: Liaise with Commercial, Innovation, Finance, PMOs, Supply Chain, agency partners, and external vendors to ensure strong execution of brand plans from strategy through to market activation.
- Innovation: Support innovation programs through the innovation planning process; working closely with the cross-functional team on but not limited to: business case development, packaging development, launch planning, sell-in materials, and retail support tools that help bring new products and brand priorities to market effectively.
Total Rewards:
CAD $72,000.00 - $88,000 annually.
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Business and/or Marketing
- 2-3 years’ experience in product and/or brand management, preferably in the food and/or consumer product industries
- Experience with product and packaging development
- Experience with marketing project management and coordination within a company
- Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team.
