Associate Brand Manager – Cold Beverage

18Month Contract – Reporting to the Brand Manager.

We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join our team and support the growth of our cold beverage portfolio.  The successful candidate will contribute to all marketing efforts for the Nestea, Mott’s Fruitsations and Atypique’s brand portfolios, reporting into the Brand Manager, Cold Beverage. In this role you will contribute to the development and execution of key strategies and implementation of the annual brand marketing plans; you will also play a key role in driving relevance with consumers to maximize growth potential for this portfolio in both the short and long term.

What you will do

  • Support and collaborate in building the longterm vision and brand strategies across the portfolio by analyzing the category, competitors, consumer behaviors, and cultural trends. Contribute to the annual planning process and leverage insights to guide go‑to‑market recommendations.
  • Lead and execute digitalfirst brand activations, including social content development, creator partnerships, PR initiatives, paid media, and experiential programs. Ensure all brand expressions are consistent with each brand’s creative universe and ambition.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Omnichannel, RGM, Insights, Sales Commercialization, Innovation, etc.) and external agencies (creative, social, media, PR, influence, experiential, and packaging) to align on program development and deliver impactful executions.
  • Support innovation and product development projects, including packaging evolution and participation in stage‑gate / NPI processes. Identify emerging cultural and consumer trends that unlock whitespace opportunities for the brand.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance, including digital KPIs, social analytics, AC Nielsen data, and business results. Translate learnings into actionable, insight-driven recommendations that elevate effectiveness and growth.
  • Manage elements of the marketing budget, including planning, tracking, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and discipline.

Total Rewards:

CAD $78,300.00 - $101,200 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Requirements:

What You Bring

Education & experience

  • University Degree in Business and/or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management; CPG experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with product and packaging development.
  • Experience in project management and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with digital ecosystems, social platforms, and content development is considered an asset.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of AC Nielsen, social analytics tools, or related platforms is an asset.
