As an Account Manager (AM) at Keurig Dr Pepper Canada, you will have the responsibility for managing and leading business development with some of our largest Keurig Authorized Dealers (KAD’s) in the Away From Home (AFH) segment. The AM’s are directly responsible for delivering profit and revenue targets regionally, along with managing forecasting, promotions, and brand growth. In this role the individual will work hand in hand with the National Sales Managers along with other internal stakeholders (Marketing- RGM- and Finance) to assist in growing the KAD business for several large customers. This role also requires knowledge of the industry and solid account management skills



Day to Day Tasks

  • Manage and support on strategic National account customers, maintain and develop business relationships with several departments at the existing clients;
  • Manage limited portfolio of National accounts
  • Draft detailed action plans for attaining sales and profit targets based on a solid understanding of customer needs and business opportunities;
  • Launch new products and introduce them at points of sale;
  • Effectively manage budgets based on corporate objectives and draft sales forecasts for production;
  • Assist with and build customer business plans with key strategies to sustain growth. Present business plans to senior management both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with the National Sales Managers of Canadian Sales to develop and execute in-depth business plans by account to deliver commitments.
  • Responsible for managing all matters for listing products at accounts- including working with RGM, Marketing and Omni teams to implement pricing action and marketing programs.
  • Prepare Top- to- Top business reviews for senior customer and KDP management.
  • Work Cross functionally within the AFH team and other invested parties at KDP in a collaborative and team atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration;
  • Experience managing key accounts for the B2b or CPG industries

Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the B2B channel or similar experience in CPG
  • Advanced proficiency in use of MS office - especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing & interpreting data (Excel)
  • Motivated and driven to find solutions and efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, interacts well with multiple departments as required;
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities;
  • Dynamic and self-motivated;
  • Excellent time management and priority setting;
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle, valid driver`s license, with a clean driver`s abstract
  • Ability to travel within Canada and US as required.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.
