Customer Service Representative for Maspeth, NY
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working with our Independent Operators with the accurate settlement of delivery route and case sales. Including working with branch management and sales team with duties that will include, perform administrative tasks, data entry, data analyze, reporting and communication, scheduling meetings and setting up the logistic, system savvy, support between different team members and others.
Shift and Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday through Friday at our Maspeth, NY facility
- 7:00 am start time
Position Responsibilities:
- Orientations and all set up of ipads, Iphones, and ordering of uniforms.
- Cashiering for the local branch, including using an Iphone for samples, donations and employee orders.
- Maintaining/upgrading ipads, iphones when necessary.
- Preparing Weekly Payroll sheets.
- Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are on time and accurate. Pull, understand, interpret, and report out data in. Excel from systems including but not limited to Margin Minder, Salient, and SAP.
- Customer Maintenance support – setting up new accounts and maintaining old accounts.
- Redemption Center – Keying weekly orders and setting up new redemption centers.
- Keeping JJ Keller files and Drivers Alert training up to date.
- Physically checking the returns brought back on the delivery trucks.
- Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Prioritize requests and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- 3 years experience in an office environment
- 3 years experience with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience with a CRM tool; preferably in SAP
