Warehouse Coordinator | Louisville 

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for multiple functions in the warehouse to include checking discrepancies, inventory, replenish, coordinate troubleshooting, route placements, coverage for supervisory team members as needed, warehouse equipment knowledge between others. 

Shift and Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday- Friday
  • 9am-done
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required

Position Responsibilities

  • Use floor layout and check for any discrepancies.
  • Check out of stock items on list.
  • Put any out of stocks back into voice pick that is back in stock.
  • Fill out black book
  • Create seal paper work for trucks.
  • Put seals into route manager
  • Coordnate with the mechanics on what trucks they need and have
  • Figure out what trucks are in the doors to release in vp.
  • Check paper work for fulls on trucks.
  • Run vp throught the day.
  • Get replensh paper work
  • Copy bulk and route sheets, put tablet away.
  • Cover supervisors shifts and their duties for 28 weeks of vacation and off time.
  • Back up in inventory, weekly and monthly counting
  • All tranning on equipment walkie rider, tow motor, truck jockey
  • New hire onboarding
  • Coordanate thought the day to make sure all trucks are properly picked, loaded and sealed.
  • Help crew with any work related qustions such as workday, between others.

Total Rewards

  • $25.46 per hour
  • Benefits, subject to eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of warehouse experience
