Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

  • Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

  • Week 2: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
    Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including picking, receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping materials, supplies, equipment, and parts. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and evaluate the overall operations of the warehouse.

  • Ensure proper execution of all policies and procedures related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff on daily tasks, inventory techniques, and operational best practices.

  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels and implement product loss control measures.

  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

  • Schedule and manage warehouse team members within labor and budget parameters while meeting operational demands.

  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, OSHA, and FDA standards.

  • Maintain all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and fleet vehicles, and ensure inspection practices are followed.


Total Rewards:
  • Targeted annual compensation range of $65,000–$82,000.
  • This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.

  • 2+ years analyzing operational data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing recommendations.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
