Logistics Specialist
Process all Inter Branch Transfer orders. Process all outside bottler orders. Monitor Vernon inventory for potential Out of Stocks. Assist in dispatching of company drivers.
Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 3rd shift Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 5:30am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as schedule requires.
Responsibilities
- Generate and process pick tickets in SAP.
- Track available company inventories to maintain proper distribution.
Insure proper flow of product, equipment and supplies from and to branches. - Monitor the needs of the branches in terms of IBT loads and adjust as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain an organized filing system for various documents.
- Assist Warehouse Operators as needed.
- Accurately fill out all assigned paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with our customers and branches.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned tasks.
Communicate clearly and effectively with Supervisors & Co-workers and Customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Total Rewards:
- Pay starting at $27.00per hour

Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge with SAP system
- Must have the ability to focus and make quick sound decisions.
- Must be able to work independently and/or in a group environment.
- Strong Adaptability & Accountability skills
- Strong organization skills, communication, and analytical skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Multi-Tasking
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sitting for long periods of time; bending and walking to navigate warehouse and inventory; mobility and some lifting.
