Job Overview:

Logistics Specialist -Los Angeles. CA

Accountable for meeting customer expectations of the right product delivered on time. May support one or more distribution centers to fill internal and external customer orders or returns. Will identify issues related to available quantity and carrier scheduling to ensure the highest level of customer service possible.

Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 3rd shift Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 5:30am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as schedule requires. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for logistics scheduling using SAP, our warehouse manage system (EWM), and 3rd party scheduling software.
  • Works in conjunction with warehouse, shipping and receiving to insure that on-time delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Managing customer accounts: tracking and tracing shipments & and resolving any shipping issues
  • Order entry
  • Well organized and ability to work independently
  • Answering phones & email; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Other duties as assigned

Total Rewards:
  • Pay starting at $26.00 per hour.

Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Knowledge with SAP system
  • Must have the ability to focus and make quick sound decisions.
  • Must be able to work independently and/or in a group environment.
  • Strong Adaptability & Accountability skills
  • Strong organization skills, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Multi-Tasking
