As a Distribution Center Shift Coordinator you will work with all areas within the Distribution Center (DC) to ensure products flow efficiently from receiving to production to packaging to distribution. This person will also work with supervision to streamline efficiency of product flow with emphasis on training and quality.
Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on the Nights N1 Shift working Monday- Thursday 5:00pm to 5:30am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.
What you will do:
- Work alongside the Team Associates performing daily activities.
- Tracks and monitors daily shift activities and makes adjustments as needed to ensure product is put-away and or pulled in a timely manner.
- Ensure that proper SAP processes are being followed.
- Manage team conflicts so that problems are resolved constructively.
- Facilitate team meetings using appropriate project planning techniques that are used by Keurig Dr Pepper.
- Ensures that operating policy and procedures are consistently followed and maintained.
- Establish and sustain sound relationships with all employees in order to foster an environment where innovative methods are used to involve others in creative solutions to issues.
- Facilitate the effective interchange of information between work groups, between work groups and support resources at the plant and from within Keurig Dr Pepper.
- Supports continuous improvement goals and safety, quality, cost and customer service.
- Identifies problems or bottlenecks in distribution processes and resolves issues.
- Works with DC supervisors to ensure resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain shipping and receiving schedules.
- Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with authority to initiate action.
- Ensures employee training is consistent with policy and procedural guidelines.
- Works directly with DC supervisors and other support departments on projects to improve quality, streamline efficiencies and ensure customer demands are met in a timely manner.
- Works with DC supervisors on formal evaluations for team members twice a year.
- Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with authority to initiate action.
- Performs other duties as requested by management.

Total Rewards
- Pay starting at $25.05 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $26.38 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
