The Supply Chain Planner is a key part of the KDP Beverage Concentrates Supply Chain team and reports to the Sr. Manager Supply Chain. This role is based in Newbridge, Co. Kildare and operates on a Hybrid work model.
The role is part of a team of six dedicated planning & schedulers responsible for managing the production planning and materials management processes across two sites (Ireland & United States). This role ensures that the production plan for their area meets the evolving business demand signal, and is aligned with the overall inventory strategy to support service levels and minimize obsolescence. The Supply Chain Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and support business goals.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain production plans that align with business demand forecasts and inventory strategy.
- Manage the materials planning process to ensure the availability of raw materials and components while minimizing obsolescence.
- Coordinate supply chain activities between the Ireland and St. Louis sites to ensure consistency and alignment to hit KPIs (CFR, OTIF, Obso reduction).
- Monitor and adjust planning parameters in response to changing demand, production capabilities, and inventory targets.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and own corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track planning performance and inventory health.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare reports and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning and/or materials management. Multi-site coordination is preferable.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management and production scheduling.
- Proficiency in SAP and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with international teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
