The Senior Master Data Analyst is working within our Global Procurement Operations team and is responsible for supporting our procurement master data processes and capabilities. The Senior Analyst works cross-functionally and supports efforts to enable category strategies. As a member of the Global Procurement Operations team, the Senior Analyst’s role is to collaborate with procurement category managers to systematically execute category strategies, and manage process improvements, resulting in streamlined procure-to-pay activities.

What you will do:

Contract Management: 

  • Serve as subject matter expert for procurement master data and systems to provide analytic contract management support
  • Create new SAP contracts: unit of measure, info Records, standard cost and PO price, purchasing views, and pricing conditions (Freight, Surcharges etc) for all SAP systems.
  • Escalation point for Procurement Contract Management (PCM) Team
  • Develop and publish pricing and procurement reporting and audit processes
  • Support Vendor Term Update process with ownership for contracts and open purchase orders
  • Lead “Source of Supply” reviews with category managers to validate pricing and purchasing master data

Price Block: 

  • Manage price block process while maintaining Fiore routing table and contract owner routings in SAP
  • Develop and share weekly Price Block Dashboard to category managers
  • Resolve root cause of invoice pricing discrepancies (parked and blocked invoices) to ensure no reoccurrence; track via metrics
  • Manage BW reporting tool and run all applicable sourcing procurement reports

Item Set-up:

  • Serve as SME for procurement within item setup process
  • Participates in the implementation of master data initiatives

Application Management:

  • Utilize procurement tools, including SAP and Celonis, to analyze data and extrapolate insights

- Ensure SOX compliance within the role (contracts, pricing, PV approvals)

- Follow all KDP policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on supply chain, data analytics, or Business Administration area of study.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in cross functional supply chain or master data role(s)
  • Experience working with ERP systems, SAP preferred
  • Proficient in MS excel
  • Demonstrated experience creating and presenting reports and insights
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Perform in fast paced environment with ever-changing priorities
