This is a 12 month contract position. 

The Procurement Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of Supplier Onboarding into the SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration tool (Ariba SCC) via B2B (EDI or cXML), Portal (Web) or Hybrid. Following the SAP Ariba implementation methodology, the Senior Project Manager will manage a program with multiple KDP Suppliers in various stages of onboarding.

Working in close collaboration with Key Stakeholders; from KDP Suppliers, the Ariba Supplier Integration Lead, KDP IT and KDP End-Users; the Project Manager drives engagement to ensure the Supplier enablement schedule is followed and revised as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Main contact for project coordination

  • Provides and foster commitment from Stakeholders to the project timeline.
  • Acts as an Escalation & unblocking point of contact
  • Creates, Reviews, and Approves relevant Supplier communications and training.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops
  • Reinforce Solution compliance with Identified Integrated Supplier and internal KDP department stakeholders as part of the change management program
  • Understand KDP's ARIBA transaction rules
  • Generate Weekly Status Reports
  • Monitors Risks, Issues, Actions and Dependencies

Lead the interaction with Suppliers

  • Build Relationships with Key Supplier contacts
  • Partner with the KDP GSL Team in liaising with new Suppliers to ensure the Supplier enablement schedule is followed up and kept up to date
  • Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate roadblocks that prevent Supplier Enablement. Revise and improve current Enablement processes.
  • Partners with KDP Global Sourcing and KDP IT to resolve more complex supplier interface and/or process Gap
  • Host and Drive Weekly Supplier Integration Calls
  • Owns and Updates the Project Tracker, Integration workshop and Project plan
  • Lead and performs enablement-related cutover activities
  • Lead Hyper Care Calls
  • Review and confirm test plan per supplier
  • Generate testing documents
  • Download & validate applicable test transactions, load & process through ERP
  • Coordinate & Sign off on UAT Testing
  • Assist in other testing activities, coordinate go-live

Coordinate the Technical Solution

  • Coordinate relevant internal technical teams and external Ariba team to review & resolve technical issues
  • Maintain the project issues tracker in JIRA
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues
  • Understand the EDI mapping file and the data flows into KDP ERP.
  • Extract relevant master data relevant to the project from both the ERP and reporting systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on a Business, Supply Chain or Information Systems area of study
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management in IT, Data Analytics, Software Development
  • Desirable experience with Ariba SCC (Supply Chain Collaboration), or any other Ariba module (e.g. Spend Analysis, Sourcing, Buying and Invoicing). Or similar Supplier collaboration tool (Coupa, etc.).
  • Understands the AGILE project methodology and has experience in a project setting.
  • Desired Experience in systems integration projects, ideally Integration between Ariba and ERPs.
  • Acted as a team lead / Project Manager in more than 2 projects
  • Clear demonstration of leadership in a highly charged team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional, internal & External teams in multiple time zones and drive changes, issue resolution, and improvements
  • Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers
  • Highly organized, great attention to detail, thorough, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment including an ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload as well as demonstrate strong problem-solving ability
