The Global Integrated Business Process Demand Planner is responsible for modeling and shaping the long-term demand signal for all Bev-Con products. This role involves partnering with key commercial business partners in finance, procurement, brand marketing, and operations teams to document assumptions, analyze trends, and perform scenario modeling. This role requires a meticulous individual who can analyze data and drive insights based on the forecast. The Demand Planner must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results will result in a moderate expenditure or resources.

What you will do:

  • Develops forecast scenarios and models that communicate the mid to long term demand based on inputs from senior KDP enterprise leaders. This action is critical in delivering enterprise projects and goals across the enterprise.
  • Build relationships inside of KDP with finance, commercial, marketing, and operations teams to gather data and assumption that reveal future business results.
  • Communicate demand plan assumptions and changes to key stakeholders and make recommendations for adjustments, as necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze changes to the mid to long term demand forecast, and report changes in periodic IBP alignment meetings.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and inventory management.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards that are understandable across the business to drive the proper conclusions or decisions relevant to the situation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or mathematics
  • Demonstrate sound judgement in decision making and understanding the impact of your decision.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
  • Flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Strong understanding of forecasting and modeling techniques and tools
  • Strong systems knowledge. Experience working with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  • Qualified experience with Microsoft Power Point, Excel as data visualization tools
  • Expert analytical capabilities including advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated competence with data.
  • Strong capability to thoroughly review and sense-check results so that analysis is right the first time.
  • Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry is a plus.
