Associate Quality Assurance Specialist
Kildare, Leinster Job ID 109403 Job Category Supply Chain Job Level Individual Contributor Position Type Full-TimeThe Associate Quality Assurance Specialist will report directly to the Newbridge Quality Manager and will be responsible for providing quality and food safety systems support to all Beverage Concentrate production processes. You will ensure quality and food safety standards are maintained and will play an integral role in the implementation and compliance of the site’s Integrated (QEHS) Management Systems.
This is a six-month contract position.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Quality Management Systems
- Ensure compliance with all HSE and Food Safety & Quality legal and regulatory requirements and associated policies, standards, procedures and forms of the Company within the operations environment
- Ensure that all Integrated Management Systems (QEHS) are adequately controlled, documented, maintained and coordinate and maintain the Document Management System, Corrective Action and Change Control program.
- Generate KPI data around Complaints, CAPA, NCR, and continuous improvement.
- Assist with scheduling and completion of internal audits on an ongoing basis.
- Support site preparation and management of external audits including CAPA submission.
- Support Change Management program on site.
Requirements
- A third level qualification in Science or Quality with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
- Internal Auditor certified preferred
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office, EtQ and similar quality management systems.
- Familiarity with ISO accreditation systems. Knowledge of HACCP & TACCP.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and manage workload effectively and consistently to meet deadlines.
- Possess excellent attention to detail, maintaining high standards despite tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - communicate highly technical information, both verbally and in writing, to both non-technical and technical associates.
