Shift & Schedule Full-time, 2nd Shift Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Flexibility required for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
We are seeking a Production Lead to supervise and coordinate activities across multiple high-speed packaging lines. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving daily performance, coaching team members, and ensuring operations meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and experienced in leading teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach production operators to achieve daily and weekly production targets
- Ensure packaging operations meet safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction goals
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain a safe, efficient work environment
- Manage operations within established labor and budget guidelines
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement
- Recommend improvements to equipment, materials, and processes
- Support and enforce lean manufacturing and standardized work practices
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing, collaborative culture
- Support training initiatives and ongoing skill development
Total Rewards:
- Starting pay: $32.08 per hour. Pay increases to $33.76 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical preferred)
- Experience with high-speed production equipment and quality monitoring systems
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
