Production Techncian III

The Production Technician III is responsible for operating assigned stations and all other associated work including preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, making minor adjustments to maintain greatest operational efficiency, assist other mechanics, etc.

Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 3rd shift, Monday - Friday, (Saturdays as needed) from 10:00pm - 6:30am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Handle empty cases and other line problems, train other operators, perform best practice quality checks, watch for defective materials, and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality.
  • Manually record all data as required and chart necessary process adjustments based on data findings.
  • Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and facility as required.

Total Rewards

  • Pay starting at $27.58 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. The employee will move to a higher rate of $29.07 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
  • 3 years of high-speed production machinery and monitoring product quality
  • Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 60 pounds repeatedly, walking and standing for long period of time
