Job Overview:

Production Technician III
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Weekends as needed)


The Production Technician III is responsible for operating assigned stations and performing a range of tasks to support optimal line performance. This includes preventive maintenance, machine changeovers, troubleshooting, and quality checks. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor assigned production equipment.

  • Perform machine changeovers and minor adjustments for optimal efficiency.

  • Handle line issues, including empty case handling and defect detection.

  • Conduct and document best-practice quality checks.

  • Train fellow operators as needed.

  • Manually log process data and make necessary adjustments.

  • Maintain sanitation standards for equipment and work areas.


Total Rewards:
  • Starting pay: $28.41 per hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential

  • Pay increases to $29.94 per hour in the quarter following the 6-month anniversary

Requirements:
  • Must be able to work assigned shift and overtime as required (including weekends and holidays).

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with maintenance activities.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality standards.
