Job Overview:

Location: 2304 Century Center Boulevard, Irving, Texas, 75062


Shift & Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Flexibility required for additional coverage outside of these hours, including potential weekends and/or holidays.

As a Production Supervisor at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will be responsible for the overall performance of coffee processing operations, ensuring safety, product quality, timely delivery, and financial efficiency. This leadership role focuses on fostering a high-performance team culture while driving continuous improvement across the plant floor.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Supervise daily operations of up to 20+ production employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Ensure adherence to all safety policies, ergonomic standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain operational consistency by managing process documentation and enforcing training protocols.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities to drive process improvements and cost reductions.

Safety & Quality

  • Champion a safety-first culture across the team.

  • Guarantee that all quality control standards and food safety regulations are consistently met.

  • Report and escalate any food safety, quality, or regulatory compliance concerns as needed.

Performance & Efficiency

  • Monitor and analyze shift-level performance metrics; implement actions for productivity improvements.

  • Ensure production costs align with budget through lean manufacturing and strategic cross-training.

  • Drive inventory control procedures to meet accuracy goals.

Team Development

  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews for all front-line team members.

  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive team environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages innovation.

  • Promote open communication, set clear goals, and hold team members accountable for results.

Other Duties

  • Take on additional responsibilities or special projects as directed by plant leadership.

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, lean principles, and quality assurance.

  • Ability to build trust, motivate teams, and hold individuals accountable.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

  • This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food and beverage industry

  • Strong background in lean manufacturing, including pull systems, visual management, TQM, and continuous improvement using data-driven tools and decision-making

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with a track record of productivity tracking

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred

  • Skilled in developing and delivering presentations to both employees and leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to provide timely, direct, and actionable feedback—both positive and corrective—to team members
