Schedule: Full-time, day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Flexibility required for occasional support outside core hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You Will Do:
The Logistics Analyst plays a key role in supporting Keurig Dr Pepper’s distribution operations through data-driven analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will monitor and optimize logistics performance, manage cost reduction initiatives, and drive operational excellence through project management and partnership with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze key performance metrics to support service and financial objectives.

  • Perform daily inventory reconciliations between Keurig Dr Pepper and 3PL systems; identify and resolve variances and transaction errors.

  • Research and address EDI and system-related issues impacting inventory accuracy.

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in logistics operations.

  • Perform and audit cycle counts and physical inventories as required.

  • Collaborate with 3PL partners and internal teams to improve cost efficiency and service performance.

  • Lead and support projects that drive cost savings, process improvements, and service enhancements.

  • Establish standardized reporting protocols and ensure timely delivery of accurate metrics.

  • Evaluate 3PL performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with logistics and transportation regulations.

  • Partner with management to support business goals and provide actionable insights.


Total Rewards:
  • Targeted annual compensation range of $65,000–$75,000.
  • This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, transportation, or warehouse operations.

  • Proficiency with Excel and data analytics tools; experience with ERP or WMS systems preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with internal teams and third-party providers.

  • Understanding of logistics and transportation compliance standards.
