Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Location: 777 Brooks Avenue, Holland, MI 49423
Shift: Full-time | 3rd Shift | Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Flexibility required for occasional weekend and holiday coverage.

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of production personnel on multiple high-speed packaging lines. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging of beverage products for storage and shipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach production operators in executing daily and weekly schedules.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across multiple packaging lines.
  • Manage labor and operating expense budgets effectively.
  • Maintain and complete accurate production records and reports.
  • Monitor and ensure proper functioning and safety of equipment.
  • Analyze production data to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Recommend long-term solutions such as equipment upgrades, procedural changes, and material alternatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
  • Maintain effective labor relations within company policy and collective agreements.

    • This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly basis. Compensation is flexible and determined based on the candidate’s experience

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (highly preferred)

  • Prior leadership/people management experience (required)

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, or other continuous improvement methods

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); SAP experience preferred
