The Vice President, Managed Services & Operations is a critical executive leadership role responsible for driving enterprise growth, operational excellence, and strategic partnership development across KDP’s Managed Services and Non-Commercial channels. This leader will oversee a portfolio of key strategic partners including managed services organizations, group purchasing organizations, transportation and travel channels, and other national non-commercial accounts.
The Vice President will serve as a senior leader within the organization, providing strategic direction for sales, customer operations, and cross-functional execution while ensuring alignment with KDP’s long-term growth objectives.
This role is accountable for delivering volume, revenue, operating margin, profit, and market share growth through the development and execution of multi-year customer strategies, joint business plans, and commercial operations initiatives. The Vice President will establish and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers and partners, positioning KDP as a preferred growth partner while anticipating market trends and evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Managed Services and Operations strategy that drives sustainable growth across strategic customers, managed services providers, group purchasing organizations, transportation and travel segments, and other non-commercial channels.
- Lead and negotiate enterprise agreements, contract renewals, pricing strategies, and trade investment plans that balance customer value creation with profitability objectives.
- Own and deliver financial performance, including volume, net revenue, operating margin, forecasting, budgeting, and annual operating plan commitments. Identify risks and opportunities to accelerate growth and improve profitability.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customer leadership teams, strategic partners, bottlers, distributors, and key stakeholders to strengthen KDP’s position within the marketplace.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, R&D, Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Route-to-Market teams to ensure flawless execution and achievement of business objectives.
- Drive distribution expansion, portfolio growth, equipment strategies, and operational initiatives that improve customer service, efficiency, and execution across channels.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement while building leadership capabilities for future growth.
- Establish performance metrics and governance processes that ensure customer objectives, operational priorities, and strategic growth initiatives are successfully delivered.
- Represent KDP at industry events, customer forums, and executive meetings while maintaining awareness of competitive activity, emerging trends, and market dynamics.
Total Rewards:
- Salary range $218,800 - $410,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off, 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
- Long-term incentive equity based on eligibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience within Foodservice, Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, Managed Services, National Accounts, Operations, or related commercial functions, including significant people leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale customer portfolios, enterprise partnerships, contract negotiations, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance, forecasting, trade investment, and profitability targets.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, manage complex cross-functional organizations, and drive organizational change.
- Expertise in customer strategy, commercial operations, route-to-market execution, category management, and strategic planning.
- Willingness to travel as business needs require.
