Supply Chain Analyst / Principal Business Intelligence Developer - Frisco, TX

We are looking for an experienced  Business Intelligence developer who can design , develop and maintain business intelligence solutions.  The ideal candidate should also be well versed backend sql developer experienced in writing complex SQL scripting to fetch the data from SQL Data Warehouse and can build necessary data model to support the business intelligence needs and various other initiatives which requires the data.

Shifts & Schedule: This full-time position will be supporting our Day Shift. Additional flexibility to work overtime.

Compensation: This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly cycle. Compensation is flexible and determined by the candidate's experience level.   

Responsibilities

  • Create and develop reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Support data driven initiatives by developing complex sql scripts to process and retrieve the data from data warehouse
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
  • Experience in designing and developing data models.
  • Work with stakeholders including the Engineering & Product Management to develop reporting solutions
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on data , answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A successful history of transforming, processing and extracting data from large data warehouse.
  • Communicate with nontechnical users to determine specific reporting requirements
  • Identifies, communicates, and resolves data quality and data reconciliation issues
  • Possesses strong oral and written communication skills, clearly and accurately communicating complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical users.
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.


Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range $62,500 - $95,000

Where Applicable: Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
  • Looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience in business intelligence role, who has attained minimum of Graduate degree in Computer Science, , Information Systems or another quantitative field. They should also have experience working with Microsoft Power BI, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Analysis Services.
  • Proven track record in building reports using Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience in creating complex sql stored procedures & views.
