Location: 425 Hall of Fame Lane, Frisco, Texas 75034
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, typically 3 days in-office). Flexibility required for occasional support outside core hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Supply Chain Analyst will analyze data and methods to predict and improve the company’s delivery of products and services. This role is responsible for maintaining supply chain data and the product portfolio, analyzing reports, presenting results and metrics to stakeholders, and managing initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain processes. The analyst will also serve as the point of contact for supply chain data requests and collaborate with internal teams to enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cross-functional supply chain analysis, modeling flows, inventory levels, and costs related to manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and inventory.
Gather, clean, and scrutinize data using specialized tools to generate actionable insights.
Build, run, and analyze KPIs, communicating findings to internal and external teams.
Respond to ad-hoc requests for data analysis and reporting.
Produce reports and visualizations to communicate trends and patterns to non-specialists.
Present results and recommendations through verbal, written, or formal presentations.
Maintain and optimize supply chain data and product portfolio.

- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
5+ years in a similar supply chain role with strong knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes.
3+ years creating, updating, and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
Extensive experience with SAP; Power BI experience is desirable but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data cleaning, preparation, and exploration.
Statistical knowledge and experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong professional relationships.
Preferred Experience
2 years’ experience with VMI, order processing, or replenishment.
1 year using SAP or similar ERP systems.
Experience presenting results that “tell a story” and guide business decisions.
