Schedule: Full-time, hybrid day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, typically 3 days in-office). Flexibility required for occasional support outside core hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Initiatives leads a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering high‑visibility, cross‑functional initiatives that drive product innovation across carbonated soft drinks, water, tea, juices, sauces, and mixers. In addition to leading the team, this role directly manages select high‑profile projects. Success requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, deep project management expertise, and the ability to execute in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
This role is ideal for a detail oriented, execution focused leader who excels at orchestrating work across multiple functions. This person will oversee the delivery of initiatives that span graphic changes, brand extensions, limited‑time offers, reformulations, packaging updates, regulatory compliance, bill of materials creation, master data setup, and finished goods procurement. This position will be accountable for project planning, execution, and delivery. Ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope remain aligned with business needs and priorities. As a key influencer within cross‑functional teams, you will facilitate decision‑making, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and champion continuous improvement across the supply chain. This role will collaborate closely with partners across Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Graphics, Commercial, Brand, Manufacturing, Raw Material Planning, Master Data, Quality, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Senior Project Managers and oversee successful completion of project initiatives.
- Support commercialization readiness by ensuring all supply chain, procurement, and production elements are aligned for timely launch and execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, Commercial, Brand, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to maintain alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
- Lead complex cross‑functional projects by defining scope, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and driving accountability to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Manage timelines and scope to drive successful outcomes, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure commitments are met.
- Facilitate effective communication by providing clear project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership.
- Champion process standardization and best practices, ensuring adherence to KDP’s project management framework.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and applying lessons learned across projects.
- Provide strategic insight by connecting project objectives to broader business goals and identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Total Rewards:
- Targeted annual compensation range of $125,000–$140,000.
- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross‑functional initiatives (preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proven success managing multi‑million‑dollar or enterprise‑level commercialization, capital, or expense projects.
- Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑impact initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project), Power BI, and SAP or comparable ERP systems.
