Schedule: Full-time, hybrid day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; typically 3 days in-office). Flexibility required for occasional support outside core hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Sourcing Manager supports and executes strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned Indirect Procurement categories, partnering with senior procurement leaders and key stakeholders to drive cost savings, enhance supplier performance, and reduce total cost of ownership in alignment with procurement policies. The role supports a portfolio that may include Consulting & Finance Services; Travel & Events; HR & Employee Services; Call Centers; and Utilities, with responsibility aligned to experience level.
Responsibilities
- Support KDP’s growth by executing sourcing initiatives aligned to established category strategies across assigned Professional Services categories.
- Partner with Senior Procurement Managers and stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing strategies, including cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead defined sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs), including supplier outreach, bid analysis, and recommendation development, with guidance as needed.
- Support the development and execution of supplier negotiation strategies, including pricing, service levels, and contractual terms.
- Manage supplier selection processes and ensure selections are based on defined criteria and aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and implement value capture opportunities, including cost savings, process improvements, and demand management.
- Collaborate with Legal to support contract development, review, and execution, ensuring adherence to company policies and approval requirements.
- Conduct analysis of spend data and market insights to support sourcing prioritization and decision-making.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders by understanding business needs and ensuring procurement solutions align with functional goals.
- Support compliance with financial controls, procurement policies, and SOX requirements.
- Track and report sourcing progress, savings, and value creation to stakeholders and procurement leadership.
Total Rewards:
- Targeted annual compensation range of $95,000–$118,000.
- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Management.
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong executive storytelling and facilitation abilities.
Experience with Microsoft tools including Teams, SharePoint, Lists, and Power BI.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and managing competing priorities with urgency.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong analytical skills; financial literacy preferred.
